Subdivisions: Onsite Sewage, Stormwater Management & Drainage Work

CSSi does the onsite sewage, stormwater management, and drainage work for subdivisions. We do the required investigative work and then design a system and prepare drawings in support of a subdivision application.

The onsite sewage system design is submitted to the Vancouver Island Health Authority. The health authority has guidelines for onsite sewage systems and subdivisions. These are very different than the requirements for a sewage system that is for a property that is not being subdivided.

Once the subdivision is approved, we can also install the approved works for your new subdivision.
